Frequently asked questions

We suggest bringing a sweater/windbreaker on cooler evenings. If it's raining, you may bring an umbrella aboard, but we have them available for you to use, as well. If you're hungry, feel free to bring a beverage, snacks or ice cream from The Landing or pre-order some charcuterie at check-out.
No. Because there is an event-long music program, these boat rides are not narrated.
There are no restrooms on the boats, so please plan ahead and use the bathroom inside The Landing prior to boarding. You will need to allow yourself extra time to check-in, use the bathroom and walk to the docks in time for boarding, so please arrive a few minutes earlier than normal.
Absolutely! Our rides are BYOB-friendly, so feel free to bring your favorite drinks and sip as you cruise! Relax, unwind, and enjoy the fires!
We love dogs, but....only service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are allowed aboard. Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy animals are not service animals and are therefore not recognized by the ADA or the State of Rhode Island.
Neither of our vessels are wheelchair accessible. To board our vessels, a person needs to be able to walk down a long 60' ramp to a floating dock, step over the gunnel and onto a step inside the boat. Our Captains can certainly offer a hand to get in and out of the vessel, however, they're not able to pick someone up and carry them aboard.

  • WaterFire® reservations are non-refundable. Please make sure you are booking the correct date/time.
  • Customers may reschedule their reservation or receive a credit for a future WaterFire® ride (subject to availability) with 72 hours advance cancellation only.

Weather-Related Cancellation Policy

  • WaterFire® is a rain-or-shine event. If they light the fires, our boat rides will run.
  • We reserve the right to cancel our tours in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If we do cancel your tour due to inclement weather, you may reschedule, subject to availability, or receive a full refund.
